These terms govern the use of the OnBir Nömrə client and driver apps and the website (the “Platform”). By registering or placing an order, you accept these terms.
OnBir Nömrə is a technology platform that connects users with independent drivers and service providers (“Providers”).
Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Orders and pricing
The user chooses a service and sends a request. Providers send price offers; an order is formed when the user selects one of them.
The price of the selected offer is final for that order, except where the scope of the service changes by mutual agreement.
Cancellation
The user may cancel an order before the provider arrives. A provider may cancel only for a valid reason, such as a safety risk or incorrect order details.
Provider obligations
Providers must hold valid documents, keep their vehicle and equipment in good condition, and deliver services safely and professionally.
Liability
The Platform facilitates the connection between users and providers. Providers are responsible for the quality of the services they deliver. Complaints are reviewed by our support team.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the latest update.
